Shipping and Returns
30-day Return Policy
  We will accept returns within 30-days of purchase for any reason.  You must call within 10 days for a return authorization number.  Please ship to our mailing address.  When your return is received within 30 days we will credit your account less shipping charges. We cannot accept returns for opened or used products or items on sale.
Shipping Information
  International orders are shipped Canada Post to avoid you being charged large brokerage fees as most couriers do. US customers please be aware that this takes longer than you are used to with UPS States wide.

We ship Canada Post expedited within Canada.

On your request we can ship Express which usually costs about three times as much.

We offer free shipping within Canada on orders over $200.

We are shipping from Nelson, B.C. in Canada.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
